How does it work? You can chat with Lively Advisor directly in your app anytime. Advisor looks at your logged symptoms, cycle history, and biometric data to offer guidance that feels personal to you. It combines smart cycle analysis with a supportive AI companion to answer your questions and help you navigate your body's unique rhythm. Advisor utilizes state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) specifically tuned for women's health. Unlike generic chatbots, Advisor interprets your manual logs, biometric trends, and cycle history in real-time. This allows it to understand complex context connecting your current symptoms to your specific cycle phase for highly accurate, personalized guidance. You can view, delete, or reset these memories at any time in Settings. Your conversation history is private. How to use it? You can start a chat from the Home Screen, via the Advisor tab in Settings, or by tapping a daily check-in notification.

How do I delete my Lively Account and Data?

How to delete all data: • Open Settings: Tap the top-left corner of the screen. • Scroll Down: Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Settings page. • Delete My Account: Tap the "Delete My Account" option at the bottom. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. ⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all data associated with your account, so make sure you're certain before proceeding. If you'd like to provide feedback about why you're leaving, you can email support@livelycycle.com.

Is something not working?

Yes! Lively notifications are fully customizable. You're always in control of what you receive, when you receive it, and how it sounds. What can I customize? Inside App Settings → Notifications, you can: • Turn individual notifications on or off • Choose exact timing for reminders • Edit the text of notifications to match what feels supportive to you • Customize reminders Can I change notification text? Absolutely. You can edit the notification message text, so reminders feel personal, gentle, and aligned with your needs. Can I change notifications anytime? Yes. You can update, pause, or adjust notifications anytime as your cycle, routine, or preferences change.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

To receive notifications successfully, make sure notifications are enabled in both places: Inside the Lively app: • Go to Settings → Notifications and turn on the reminders you want. On your phone (iOS / Android): Enable notifications for Lively in your device settings: • iOS: Settings → Notifications → Lively → Allow Notifications • Android: Settings → Apps → Lively → Notifications → Allow Both steps are required for notifications to work properly.

What is the Doctor Report?

The Doctor Report is a downloadable summary of your menstrual health, created from the cycle data you've tracked in Lively. It turns your daily logs into a clear, easy-to-read overview that you can share with a healthcare provider. What does the Doctor Report include? Your Doctor Report may include: • Cycle length and cycle history overview • Period start and end patterns • Ovulation and fertile window insights • Logged symptoms Everything is organized visually, so trends are easy to spot at a glance. What is the Doctor Report good for? This report helps you: • Save time explaining your cycle history • Show patterns that are hard to remember or describe • Support conversations about irregular cycles, PMS, pain, or hormonal concerns • Feel more confident and prepared at appointments Is this a medical diagnosis? No. The Doctor Report is not a diagnosis and does not replace professional medical advice. It's a conversation starter, a tool to help your doctor better understand your cycle and symptoms, based on the data you've tracked. Is my data private? Yes. Your report is generated from your personal data, and only you decide if, when, and with whom you share it. Lively is built with privacy and confidentiality at its core.

How do I generate a Doctor Report?

Generating your report takes just a few taps: • Go to Settings • Open My Profile • Select Report for a Doctor • Choose the time range (for example: last 6 cycles, 12 cycles, or all cycles) • Tap Generate Report Your report will be created instantly and ready to view, download, or share.

What are Symptom Patterns?

Symptom Patterns help you discover how your body feels across different phases of your cycle. Lively looks at your logged symptoms over time and identifies recurring patterns. Who can access Symptom Patterns? Symptom Patterns are available exclusively for Premium users. Premium unlocks: • Pattern detection across your cycle • Deeper body insights • Personalized, cycle-aware tips to help reduce symptoms How does Symptom Patterns work? Lively analyzes your symptom logs over multiple cycles and looks for trends, such as: • Symptoms appearing in the same cycle phase • Symptoms repeating across several cycles • Changes linked to hormonal shifts Once a symptom shows up consistently, Lively recognizes it as a pattern and highlights it for you.

What insights will I get from Symptom Patterns?

For each symptom pattern, you may see: • Body insights explaining what may be happening hormonally • Cycle context (which phase the symptom usually appears in) • Personalized tips to help reduce or manage the symptom • Gentle reminders that your experience is normal and valid All insights are designed to be supportive, not alarming. Is this a medical diagnosis? No. Symptom Patterns are not a diagnosis and do not replace medical advice. How do I create an account?

Download the Lively app from the App Store or Google Play, open it, and follow the simple onboarding process. You can sign up with your email address or use social login options like Google or Apple.

How to transfer data from other period tracker apps?

If you're currently using a different period tracker, like Flo or Clue, and want to transfer your data to Lively, it's easy and possible, but it does require Apple Health integration. Here's how you can do it step by step: 1. Connect Your Current App to Apple Health • Open your existing period tracker app (e.g., Flo or Clue) • Go to the app's settings and enable Apple Health integration • This will sync your period data from the tracker into the Apple Health app on your device 2. Verify Data in Apple Health • Open the Apple Health app and confirm that your period data has been successfully imported 3. Connect Lively to Apple Health • Open the Lively app and go to Settings • Enable Apple Health integration in Lively • After a few minutes, Lively will sync your data from Apple Health Once the sync is complete, all your period data will be visible in Lively. This means your information has been successfully transferred from your old tracker to Lively, making the transition seamless. Note: Such data transfer is currently only available for iOS users via Apple Health. For Android users, integration with Google Fit is planned for 2026, so stay tuned for updates!

How do I transfer my data to a new device?

Transferring to a New Device To ensure a smooth transfer of your Lively account and data to a new device, please follow these steps: 1. Backup Your Account • Make sure your Lively account is backed up using your Apple ID (on iOS) or Google Account (on Android) • If you are using Lively as an anonymous user (without an account), your data and history will be lost during the transfer 2. Before Migration • Go to Lively app settings and ensure that your account is created and linked to your Apple ID or Google Account Restoring Premium Membership IMPORTANT: Premium memberships and purchases are linked to your system's personal account (Apple ID or Google Play account), not your Lively user profile. Transferring Between the Same Platforms (iOS to iOS or Android to Android): • Log in with the same Apple ID or Google Account on your new device • If you see a subscription screen in the app, simply press "Restore Purchase" in the app settings or on the subscription screen. This will restore your previous purchase Transferring Between Different Platforms (iOS to Android or Android to iOS): ⚠️ Unfortunately, premium subscriptions cannot be transferred between iOS and Android devices. If you are switching platforms: • Cancel your subscription on the old device (to avoid being charged) • Provide our support team with your previous subscription receipt. They will manually transfer the rest of your subscription to your new device Transferring Data • If You Have an Account: Data can only be transferred if you have a Lively account created with your Apple ID or Google Account • If You Are an Anonymous User: Data transfer is not possible. Your data and history will be lost during migration To secure your data and ensure a smooth migration, always back up your Lively account with your Apple ID or Google Account. How much does the Lively subscription cost?

The Lively app is free to download, and subscribing to premium features is optional. If you choose to subscribe, all purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, so any changes to your plan, including buying, canceling, or switching between weekly, monthly, or yearly plans, should be managed in your app store's subscription settings. To view the exact subscription price for your region, please check the App Store or Google Play, or the subscription paywall within the app.

How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

To cancel your Lively subscription or trial, follow the steps below based on your device: For iOS Users: • Open the Settings app on your iPhone • Tap your name at the top of the screen • Select Subscriptions • Find and tap on the Lively app • Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial For Android Users: • Open the Google Play Store app • Tap your profile icon at the top right • Select Payments & Subscriptions • Tap Subscriptions • Find and tap on the Lively app • Tap Cancel Subscription For Web Purchases (via our website or paddle.com): If you subscribed through our website or via paddle.com, go to the email inbox you used for the original payment and look for a message from LivelyTeam. How do I change my subscription plan?

For iOS Users: • Open the Settings app on your iPhone • Tap your name at the top of the screen • Select Subscriptions • Find and tap on the Lively app • Choose the new plan you'd like to switch to For Android Users: • Open the Google Play Store app • Tap your profile icon in the top right corner • Select Payments & Subscriptions • Tap Subscriptions • Find and tap on the Lively app • Choose the new plan you'd like to switch to Note: You may notice some small pricing differences between the App Store and Google Play due to regional price testing. Don't worry though, these differences won't affect the features or benefits you get! Simply choose the pricing option that works best for you. Once you're subscribed to your new plan, you'll have full access to all Premium features, including Partner Sharing, detailed tips, and personalized recommendations!

Why am I being charged unexpectedly?

If you're experiencing unexpected charges, here are a few steps to help you figure out why: • Check Your Subscription Details: Review your active subscriptions in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). You may have an active subscription you forgot about, or you could have unintentionally signed up for a free trial that later converted to a paid subscription. • Review Recent In-App Purchases: If there are any in-app purchases you've made recently, they could explain the charges. • Verify Shared Devices or Accounts: If you share your device or account with others, confirm that no one else has made purchases without your knowledge. If you still can't determine the cause of the charges, we recommend reaching out to App Store Support or Google Play Support directly, as they manage all payments and subscriptions. How accurate is the cycle prediction?

Our prediction accuracy improves over time as you log more data. The more consistently you track your cycles and symptoms, the better Lively becomes at predicting your future cycles. Most users see high accuracy after 2-3 complete cycles.

Can I use Lively if I have irregular cycles?

Yes! Lively is designed to work with all types of cycles, including irregular ones. The app adapts to your unique patterns and provides insights even if your cycle length varies from month to month.

Privacy

Is my data private and secure?

Absolutely. We take your privacy very seriously. All your health data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal information to third parties. You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export your cycle and symptom data from the app settings. This allows you to keep a backup of your information or share it with your healthcare provider if needed.

Who can see my cycle information?

Only you! All your data is encrypted and belongs entirely to you. If you use our Partner Syncing feature, your partner will only see what you choose to share, such as your cycle stage and selected insights. We use advanced security standards to ensure your data is never accessible to third parties.

How is my data stored?

Your personal data is encrypted and stored securely. We only access it when absolutely necessary to provide support or improve our services. At all other times, your information remains protected and inaccessible, even to us.

Do you sell my data to third parties?

Absolutely not. We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information. While we use cookies and analytics tools to improve app performance, your data remains protected at all times. Your privacy is not for sale, period.

Do you share my data with third parties?

We work with trusted partners (such as analytics and infrastructure providers) who may process limited, anonymized data to help us improve the app. However, your sensitive cycle information is never shared or disclosed to anyone.

What happens if you're required by law to disclose my data?

We've designed our systems with your privacy in mind: We don't have access to your detailed cycle data or Lively board activity. We don't store data subject to state-mandated retention requirements. You can delete your data or request full account deletion at any time. This means even if legally compelled, there's very little we could share.
