Phase by Phase

Menstruation

This is the time when you have your period, typically lasting between 3 to 7 days. It's a time for rest, reflection, and nurturing your body. You may feel a bit more introspective or crave some quiet time.

This is completely normal and a perfect opportunity to slow down, listen to your body, and take extra care of yourself.

Follicular

This phase begins right after your period and lasts until ovulation. As your body prepares to release an egg, you might notice an increase in energy, creativity, and sociability.

It's an ideal time to kick-start new projects, brainstorm ideas, or try a challenging workout. Remember to fuel your body with nutrient-rich foods during this phase.

Ovulation

This is the midpoint of your cycle, usually around days 13 to 15, when your body releases an egg. You're likely to feel at your most communicative and confident during this phase.

It's a great time to connect with others, tackle challenging conversations, or take on leadership roles. Balance your physical activity with restorative exercises.

Luteal

After ovulation and before your next period is the luteal phase. You might notice a gradual shift in energy as your body prepares for potential pregnancy or the next menstrual phase.

This is a time to start winding down, focusing on tasks that require attention to detail. Prioritize self-care, eat wholesome foods, and make sure to get enough sleep.
